Thanks I will check into those links.
I am wondering about any ideas you or other her might might have for
developing a GIS program that is open content/open data based that would
fit with our plan to roll out Open Digital Villages starting with
Winneba Ghana in early 07.
We have long wanted to include GIS in the development these ICT centres,
so this might be an opportunity to practically consider the appropriate
process and technologies should be considered in such a plan.
We also might want to set up a wiki space (somewhere in the WSFII wiki
universe) specifically to discuss and put together a plan for this.
