	Agreed, TV transmitters (at least for LPTV, etc) are pretty expensive.
I've been interested in putting together a station here in Pittsburgh,
though lots of information on LPTV seems to have disappeared from the
'net since I last went looking.

	BTW, anyone know about Us Code of Regulations Title 47 Section
73.3542 ? Seems there are a couple of pirate TV stations using this as
an excuse (http://www.piratecattv.com/about.php) to broadcast without a
formal license.

	Also, I am a bit annoyed about the filing windows with the FCC for LPTV
licenses -- few and far between.
