[wsfii-discuss] Delhi--Dharamsala logistics around 20 and 21 october

There is a half-plan for something to leave on the morning of the
20th, not the 19th, because we have this meeting with government on
the 19th.

Those interested in leaving either on the 20th morning, or the 21st,
and can make a firm commitment, call me.
