"FON will partner with Time Warner Cable, allowing its subscribers to
join FON's Wi-Fi network.

Time Warner's 6.6 million high speed data subscribers will be able to
turn their home or office broadband connections into FON access points
and receive free WiFi service from FON's partner ISPs."
