[wsfii-discuss] secondary | primary WSFII.2007: explain

Hello

I just started posting on wsfii-discuss with this kind of topic. Just a
short explanation why.

I talked to kloschi and we find two major events that need attention
right now.

Its the meeting in April, where WODiV/openDIV gets some training from
some people, e.g. kloschi, fred and me from freifunk / magip. I refer to
that meeting starting with _secondary_.

2nd thing is the big WSFII 2007 meeting end of summer in Ghana, Africa.
We need a lot of things to be done. This topic mails I will start with
_primary_.

Although its named primary, its only 6 weeks left for the planning and
funding stuff for OpenDIV April meeting. This makes it no1 topic in my
opinion for now.

Lets try to focus on this one and keep the threads clear. It will make
it easier to follow the discussion and events / actions.
