[wsfii-discuss] 900MHz band in Europe?

Yes, I dont think 900 Mhz is going anywhere- the mobile lobby is too
protective about it. Besides O2 and Vodafone have it for "historical"
reasons!

Infact UK has decided to get a technologically neutral 3G auctions (which
includes WiMax now) in keeping with EU and other int'l guidelines...And
analogue TV spectrum  + a lot of defense spectrum will be auctioned and
usable from 2010 onwards I think...Auctions will take place this year
