[ckan-committers] RFV: Sergey Motornyuk to become an official member of the CKAN technical team

Hey Adrià,

I'm in favor of adding him.

I believe he's currently working on CKAN as a result of a contract with
LinkDigital. Is this a short-term contract? Long term? Does he plan to
continue contributing to CKAN beyond the duration of this contract? That's
my only concern, his work has been excellent.
