[ckan-dev] Report some bugs on CKAN 1.7 and 1.8

I talked with Ross and Toby about this, we think maybe the "Idea" type
is a bit vague and should be removed.

>  * In the authorization panel of datasets or groups labels are not translated (editor, admin...)

I've opened a ticket for this one: http://trac.ckan.org/ticket/2885

> * In the user profile, date is non-formatted (in function of the language of the visitor)

I think localisation of dates generally is something we need to look at
in CKAN
