They're not really so much issues as decisions yet to be made :).  I know it is possibly a little silly given that the code exists in the DGU extension, but I think we want discuss whether we want just that, or possibly more, or one of them?  Whichever we chose it probably should be part of the plugin - I'll bring it up with David on Monday if he doesn't get to this email in the meantime.

Also, it is in the process of being re-branded in core as Organizations.  There's some work on feature-2255-organizations but it is still in need of (lots  of) cleanup and completion.
