If there is going to be a package install (I think the current decision
is: David will do one if he has time), it will be done in a different
way to the 1.8 package install, any package install docs currently on
docs.ckan.org are out of date and should be distrusted entirely :)

I'm not sure we officially have a recommended platform, but if we did it
would probably be Ubuntu 12.04 now.

Outside of the outdated and to-be-replaced package install docs, I think 10.04
is only mentioned in a couple of places:

- The deployment instructions say they have been tested on 10.04, this
  should get updated to 12.04
- The install from source docs mention that the package install only
  supports 10.04, this should be updated once a decision has been made
  about whether or not to have a new package install and the package
  install docs have been updated
- Solr setup instructions say they apply to Ubuntu 10.04, this should be
  updated to 12.04
