[ckan-dev] 2.1 branched

Hi all,

The branch for the upcoming 2.1 version has been created, so from now
on if you need to merge anything on it (ie any of the 14 open issues
[1] or a major fix) let me know in an email.

It would be good to push as many of these 14 pending issues in the
next couple of days so we can start a proper freeze, if not some of
them may need to wait for 2.2.

Beta is now running 2.1 and Master has also been updated
