[ckan-dev] Update SOLR to 3.1 to use it as Spatial Query backend

Thanks for the reply David.

Since what we're doing is more a proof of concept, we'll stick with Postgis
in the backend for now.
We're going to have a look at PPA either way and see what we come up with.
