[ckan-dev] install ckan extensions on Ubuntu 12.04

Hello,

after having installed CKAN on RedHat some months ago (struggling quite 
a bit), I tried now the package install on Ubuntu 12.04 which was quite 
easier and faster. However when I now want to install the extension 
(harvest and spatial) I cannot find a package for that. What do I have 
to do ?
