[ckan-dev] Sorting bug?

I am seeing odd behavior on our (and the demo) instance of CKAN.  When looking at the list of full datasets, the user can sort by Name Ascending and Name Descending, and it seems to work as expected.  However, if the user goes to Organizations first, then clicks on an organization, and then tries the same sort, there appears to be no logic to how they are displayed.  You can see this at:

Is this a bug, or am I misunderstanding what is supposed to be happening?
