[ckan-dev] DMS coordinates problem in map

Hey Rodrigo,

I've updated Recline on
https://github.com/ckan/ckan/commit/06781d2428b14491db439c5fdccddb25bfa103f5
. That's on master and will be on CKAN 2.3. In the mean time, I think it's
useful to backport it to 2.2. Are you able to take a look and try
cherry-picking it into the release-v2.2.1 branch? I can help you if you
have some problems.
