[ckan-dev] DMS coordinates problem in map

Hey Vitor,

Thanks for answering.I already patched my CKAN fork with the fix, since I
needed it rather quickly.
No doubt a better solution would be to backport your commit to 2.2.1. I'll
try to give it a go as soon as I get some spare time.
