[ckan-dev] FederGob, New extension to federate with Datos.gob.es and to generate complete DCAT metadata.

Hey Jesús,

This is great news since lack of full DCAT catalogue was indeed something
missing important in my mind.

The question that comes to my mind here is why not extending/improving
ckanext-dcat?
