[ckan-dev] Link to API button when adding a dataset

Hi

We upgraded CKAN from 2.0.4 to 2.2 and when adding a dataset no longer see the "Link to an API" button at the top, just "Upload" and "Link" .

Do we need to enable something here to have the "Link to an API" feature again? Thanks.
