[ckan-dev] Backporting fixes from v2.3a to v2.2.1

Hi all,

We are running a v2.2.1 instance. We have an issue or two that already have been fixed in v2.3a, but are not included in the v2.2.1 release. So we are backporting them.

Does it make sense to share these backported changes? Should we submit pull requests for them? If so, is there a preferred format/process? Or should we not bother?
