[ckan-dev] I configured ckan with s3 amazon but not able to store files on s3 buckets

Hi Nilesh,

Just letting you know that Link Digital will be working on an S3 connector
for 2.3 as we need it or a few projects.

We'll join the next tech team meeting and coordinate with the core team on
this to see if it can be added back to the standard features. I'm aware of
some of the background as to why it was removed but need to check with the
tech team as they are the source of truth :)
