Geodata in Healthcare

We are happy to announce that eHA's next Meetup will be cohosted together with Viderum on how technological advances in geographic data collection can enhance the effectiveness of public health interventions in underserved communities.

The evening will include a demo of eHA's latest solution Gather, an application built for real-time, spatially-enabled data collection and map-plotting, and of Viderum's new data visualization tool. First, the demo will feature the continuous streaming of mobile survey data into CKAN, a web-based open source management system for the storage and distribution of open data. This will be followed by a demonstration of how Viderum places the data into a visual context using its data visualization tool for CKAN.
