[ckan-dev] Identify a dataset from resource id

Hey folks,

Feeling a bit silly asking this, but I'm having trouble tracking down which
dataset this resource belongs to.

The resource can be queried with the `datastore_search` api:

https://inventory.data.gov/api/action/datastore_search?resource_id=8ea44bc4-22ba-4386-b84c-1494ab28964b&filters=%7B"FiscalYear":"2019","Zip":"80526"%7D
<https://inventory.data.gov/api/action/datastore_search?resource_id=8ea44bc4-22ba-4386-b84c-1494ab28964b&filters=%7B%22FiscalYear%22:%222019%22,%22Zip%22:%2280526%22%7D>

But when I try to identify the dataset with `resource_show` I get "Not
found":

https://inventory.data.gov/api/action/resource_show?id=8ea44bc4-22ba-4386-b84c-1494ab28964b

Is it possible that the dataset was deleted but is still accessible through
datastore? Is there any other way I can track down which dataset this
resource belongs to?
