[ckan-discuss] Starting to populate datacatalogs.org

Hi Jonathan,

I've dumped all the catalogs we have registered (114) on the 
spreadsheet. I've got neither "publisher" nor "tags" associated to the 
entries, but I think the rest of the fields are in the right format.
