[ckan-discuss] Ckan 2.0: Adding datasets to groups that you are not a part of

Just adding one more data point-

After we upgraded hub.healthdata.gov from CKAN 1.7 to the latest CKAN 2
on master a few months ago, existing groups were migrated forward to the
new groups but without any user members. So no user could add datasets
to groups. Or add users to groups. (We do this entirely through the
API.) We had to create a sysadmin account on the command line and then
use the API to script adding an admin user to each group. The surprise
created a small project emergency.

Maybe just something to mention in the docs.
