[ddj] Translations to spanish: How to create an automatically updating Google spreadsheet & ProPublica guides

For any spanish speaking members of DDJ list who may be interested, we
jus translated to spanish, Sharon Machlis`s guide "How to create an
automatically updating Google spreadsheet"
