Dear all,


We've just launched an open call 
<http://theodi.org/blog/open-data-leaders-open-call>for our third cohort 
of the Open Data Leaders Network.


The network offers a space for sharing knowledge and ideas, sharing 
common challenges, best practices and learning between peers. The 
network has been described by existing members as “a source of renewal 
and energy” and “a way to step back and say you’re not alone.” It is 
supported by the International Development Research Centre as part of 
theOpen Data for Development programme <http://od4d.net/>and the 
European Commission.


In 2015, we held two cohorts of the ODLN, supporting 14 leaders from 
around the world from a mixture developed and developing countries, 
spanning cities, regional and national open data initiatives including 
Malaysia, Buenos Aires, New Zealand, Tanzania and the UK.
