[ECODP-dev] ckan - python exceptions

Hi John,

thanks for the quick reply. But that message is normal: as CKAN does not
have a rest call that does "insert if not present" the RDF2CKAN will first
try to insert and if that is failing then it will send an update request.
Consequently the logs are filled with the above messages because after the
first initial ingestion it are all updates instead of creates.
