[ECODP-dev] ODP-228 - Last updated date in footer not consistent between Drupal and CKAN

Hi,

We didn't get any response to this email but I see that Dimitrios has
created an API for this function as sent to the list on Monday. However
making a call to the API on every page will obviously delay the page load.
Therefore I would still suggest that we add a config option for this date
in the CKAN config instead.

Does that sound OK?
