[ECODP-dev] evaluation new ODP site

Hi Darwin,

we use the usual way to create the user...
Your question triggered an item to update a call in the script
ckan_create_publ_user where the url to the api call had to be adapted to
the new url scheme.
Here is the trace:

but the problem stays: the add button is not present ?
