I do agree!

Maybe you can e-mail him that we can do this, that it is already the 3rd event where we do this, but also, that we feel this is 'service extraordinaire' as it is not part of the EPSI work. I'd say however, it is mostly richard's idea as he seems quite obsessed with all the tweeting.

So make sure that you signal that doing these events are our personal favors towards Juan and Richard... and that we can't be sure we'll always be able to do this...

Tom

Ok, I guess it's up to me then.

This is the third event by the way where the Commission is asking us to do live reporting/tweeting and prepare a summary afterwards. They asked us for the SharePSI workshop, the PSI workshop at the Digital Agenda Assembly, and now this one.

In the current phase I am not eager to say 'no' to Juan, but in the long run we can't go to all events like this. Driving an unscheduled 900km and spending a night in Luxemburg to play notetaker at a meeting we did not plan to go to in the first place does not feel right. Or what do you guys think?

best,
Ton

Hi Ton,

I have a meeting for another project on that day, so I’m afraid I cannot make it.

Best regards,

Hi all,

Juan is asking us if there is someone available on May 30th to tweet during and provide a short report directly afterwards on the discussions at the Hearing on Scientific Information Dissemination. More info on the session: http://www.epsiplatform.eu/news/news/join_the_hearing_on_scientific_information_in_europe_30_may

May 30th is a Monday. Myself I'm not eager to go, I'd rather spend time on the platform itself at this moment. Katleen, is this something that is doable for you, considering you live nearest?

(from the capitals with the word quick, I conclude my report on SharePSI (delivered last Tuesday) wasn't quick enough. Well, that's what happens if you spend 2 days in bed with fever, you don't get to do any work.)

best,

Ton

Hi ton,

Again a plea from someone of the Platform to tweet and make a QUICK report on the Hearing on SI.

On the Madrid meeting what is your approach so that we do not end saying the same things, or me referring to all your statements.

Have a nice WE

Juan
