[epsi-coord] new site in IE 7 , 8 , 9?

Dear Ton

I have had a look over the side in IE 7, 8, 9

Unfortunately there are problems with all of them. I am wondering if a
detailed report on wat works and what not makes any sense at this
time, since you said you are looking for someone wo fix the IE CSS
issue all together.

If testing / reports are still needed, please let me know.
