Juan is asking about reimbursement of costs, that he's hearing sounds that
not all things have been paid.

He mentioned something similar in our phonecall recently. Marc, do you
remember who he mentioned then? Was it a Spanish woman?

Tom: have all those who asked for reimbursement been paid?
