[euopendata] Third EU Open Data Call (Tue 2010-02-09 at 1600 GMT)

The time tomorrow doesn't work for me either. I just realized that I
have another conference call (booked several weeks ago) at the very
same time. Pretty much any other time this week would work for me,
even just an hour later.

I really want to participate in this work.
