[euopendata] Third EU Open Data Call (Tue 2010-02-09 at 1600 GMT)

I agree Antti,
Sticking to the set rhythm is fundamental. If you can't make it (like me
last time, and perhaps tomorrow depending on traffic), you know when the
next opportunity to connect is: next 2nd Tuesday of the month.
The predictability of that rhythm is key in strengthening the network and
the group. Start moving around once, and you'll never find a time when you
can do it, because the group has gotten too big to do that.
