[euopendata] Change of telco data

Everybody,

Jonathan has asked me set up a different phone bridge than the one that was announced, because the OKF environment is a bit shaky these days. So, on his request, I have set up a bridge at W3C.

For the phone part:

You have to dial in to what we call the 'Zakim' bridge; the dial-in numbers are:

 +1.617.761.6200 (in the US)
 +33.4.89.06.34.99 (in France) 
 +44.117.370.6152 (in the UK)

just choose whichever number is better for you. You will be asked for a conference code, which is 26632.

The timing is the same as before: 18:00 for most of continental Europe, 17:00 for the UK and Ireland, and 19:00 for Finland, Romania and, I believe, Greece...

IRC

W3C runs a public IRC server that we usually use with our calls, you are welcome to join in. If you are already used to IRC clients, you can point at the irc server: irc.w3.org, running on port 6665 or 21, and using #okfn. But even simpler: go to http://irc.w3.org, chose a suitable nickname, say '#okfn' for the channel, and you are in.
