Well, in general it is perfectly possible, but it may be a bit too late for this one. I can set up an ad-hoc call on our bridge, but how would we then forward the necessary dial-in information to all participants? We have only a few hours...

Definitely. We should have that and if we prepare a few days in advance, there is no problem in setting up the call at W3C. There are dial in numbers in the US, France and the UK.
