[euopendata] Getting started with CKAN in the Netherlands -- nl.ckan.net?

Hi Jonathan,

It would indeed by a great idea to bootstrap an nl.ckan.net
Unfortunately, I'm French and woudn't be of any help for the Dutch 
translation :-P
