[euopendata] Harmonisation on "public domain" metadata in Europe?

Hmm.. this is something that I discussed with Paul Keller in
Luxembourg earlier this year in relation to Europeana project.

Paul: any developments on public domain URL?

I think OKF would be interested in hosting something like this -- if
it would be useful. Any thoughts Jordan?
