 Dear Mr Gray,

As you probably know, the Commission will be organising a public hearing as
a part of consultation on the future guidelines on recommended standard
licences, datasets and charging for the re-use of PSI.

We are contacting you in your capacity of an expert, in order to *encourage
you to attend this upcoming public hearing *and also to *ask you to help us
get strong feedback by promoting this event among your own network of
professionals and experts in the field*.

The public hearing will be held in Luxembourg on the 25th November 2013. We
are expecting participants from private sector and NGOs and the public
administrations,  as well as EU staff.

Given your extensive experience and keen interest in the field of PSI
re-use, we are confident that the discussion around the three main topics
of the hearing would greatly benefit from your involvement.
