[euopendata] Open Repositories 2014 -- Call for Proposals

No, I only know about OKF Finland so far. I would like to encourage
the OKFN community to participate in OR2014 as much as possible. They
are many possibilities to do so (as detailed below), I am available
for any further clarification if needed
