I would be quite happy to see this go ahead - it would be terrific if
OKFN was seen to be adding gravitas! ;) and it seems important to keep
plugging away at these consortium things and slowly becoming more
socially known to the evaluators. So i'd also be quite happy to be
cited as involved.
