Just go this from Severine Dusollier - who is asking whether we'd
participate in another FP7 proposal.
I suggest that we say we could participate in the proposal - but
unfortunately do not have the capacity to contribute to any drafting
(which is probably the case).
What do others think?

Dear JOnathan,
The CRID wants to make a proposal for an FP7 project.
A very rough draft is attached to this email (indicating the call in
which it will be submitted). Its objective would be to build an
institutional system for the intellectual commons. The project will be
about IPR, commons, public domain, and governance.
I thought about you for the PD calculators and more generally for your
input on intellectual commons.
There is still a lot to do and the deadline is 13th of January, but I
think we can make it .
Would you and the Open Knowledge be interested in joining us ? That's
the first thing we need to know now. If you say yes, we will send you
a more elaborate project and ask for your collaboration in drafting
it.
ANy idea or comment on the project is very welcome. We would also be
interested if you indicate to us some potential partners in that
project. Partners from new EU member states would be even better.
Sincerely
Séverine
