[okfn-coord] Usable set of OKFN accounts courtesy of Martin

Thanks entirely to Martin's efforts we now have a usable
'double-entry' style set of accounts which allow a much better
overview of the OKFN's affairs.

Looking at these one thing that becomes apparent is that moving
forward, our major challenge logistically is going to be keeping track
of supporters and their donations.
