Dear all,

The CRID has  received the evaluation of the proposal INDECS we have
submitted last January.
As you will see, though we passed the threshold for funding, our
evaluation is rather low and we will have not much chance to be
selected for funding. Moreover, positive responses were expected until
the end of May and we have not been contacted yet.

The main criticism is related sometimes to a misunderstanding of what
we proposed. Other arguments in disfavour of our project was related
to a lack of monitoring and a lack of precisions as to variables of
success and countries to be examined. There seems also that we had a
problem with the budget where our figures were not identical in Part A
and B. We had not noticed this divergence when submitting the project
and it is entirely our fault as the final days were very busy with
great changes to the budget due to the sudden demission of LSE. But we
will assume all responsibility for that mistake.

We are sorry for that low evaluation and would like to thank you again
for your collaboration. We stay convinced that this is a great project
and we will try to find another call that could welcome it in a better
version.
I hope you would follow us then.
