[okfn-coord] Contract with aidinfo

Simon has been in touch about a possible consulting contract with OKF
and Aidinfo. Details below.

Apologies for the delay with this, but as discussed see attached terms
of reference for a paper outlining options and issues to be considered
by IATI from an open data / technical perspective.

It would be  great if we could discuss this soon to refine and agree
timeframe, costs etc. We also discussed meeting up for a morning to
discuss this in more detail.  I am keen to do this – and am free to do
so over the next couple of weeks.

One slight change from our previous discussions, is that I would
ideally like to have some initial thoughts by the first week of June
to feed into a workshop for the IATI Technical Advisory Group!

Hopefully, you guys are still up for this. let me know
