[okfn-coord] Where does my money go spec for 4IP

Quite understand Paula and thanks for clarifying even more :) I will
get on to the detailed doc either tomorrow or over the w/e.

However, to reiterate my main concern: MySociety have formally asked
us to withdraw and enter a collaborative proposal with them. If we
continue with our sole proposal and *then* decide to do a joint one
with mysociety won't that seem very odd? (Especially since we now know
MS want to work with us) .

If so we need to think hard *now* about which way we plan to go (and
perhaps we need to go to 4IP and tell them that MS have got in contact
with us about this idea).

PS: I should also say that my inclination (having spoken further with
Tom -- see previous emails) would be to collaborate with MySociety if
we could -- though I very much want the counsel of wiser, and more
experienced, minds here!
