[foundation-board] An OKF task list

dear all; as Paola suggested i started a wiki page of OKF tasks, all the 
things that need doing to keep Foundation and projects running:

Currently this list contains the tasks identified in Becky's draft for a 
Projects Coordinator job description. My hope is that we'll expand it 
over the next week to include Community Coordination tasks, so we can 
see how to take some of the pressure off Jonny. Planning to talk this 
through with Jonny in coord Skype meeting to save his wrists from RSI.

Everyone else, it should go without saying, if you are doing a task that 
is keeping OKF running and it is not on this list, or if you see a task 
that needs doing that perhaps you'd like to but don't have time for, can 
you please add it to the list.
