[foundation-board] Rufus' PA and administrative load

Rufus, i meant to ask how your PA is working out - you were having 
understandable bootstrapping problems - and how much help she can 
provide to OKF with things like maintaining accounts and generating 
reports. E.g. handling any of this: http://wiki.okfn.org/coord/tasks or 
other tasks that are not documented yet.

If you could write a quick note about how much time you imagine her 
committing to OKF tasks, and what those tasks would be, that would be 
great. If it's too soon to tell, i'll ask again in a bit.

If that is something that could go to coord as well/instead that would 
be cool.
