[foundation-board] Post board-meeting reflections

Hi

Just to further clarify, following a chat with Rufus:

* I will become "Foundation Coordinator (retiring)" or such like on 14th January 2012.

* I will aim to provide 1 day a week until 1st April 2012, as needed, to ensure smooth running especially of LOD2 which I will PM until a replacement is found.

* I will continue to be available for OKF on an ad hoc basis thereafter.
