Thanks Jason.  I do have to disagree though, as some rights do extend beyond bid prep. Such as:

(1) the non-solitication section, which lasts for a year beyond this document being terminated

(2) as drafted it does put a much more formal obligation on the OKF to agree to certain points in the next agreement, should we win the award.
